Nowadays everybody is looking more and more for news procedures for being always youth, and in the most of the cases without worry about the side effects that could be happen. In the last years Botox for cosmetic use became a new trend. Botox is a
substance that causes a disease, but when is used in very little portions is able to correct some changes that occurs in our body, for instance, crow’s feet. In otherwise, when we start to use BOTOX indiscriminately, could be transformed in a real problem because this use have a lot of side effects, like bruises, lack of facial expression , and weak muscles.
For example, Rosa Maria, who is a director at the company where I used to work for, have used Botox once in her crow’s feet, she loved the result and didn’t want wait the necessary time to do another application, as a consequence, her left eye stayed paralyzed for 4 or 5 months.
Therefore, Botox injections should not be offered for free.

When I was 10 years old, I used to live with my mother and my grandmother in a good place at Aclimação, our lives worked very well, but we lived in a rent apartment and we had to deliver it. My grandmother had an apartment at the same neighborhood, smaller, but at that moment the apartment was empty, then we decided to move there.
The building was in a beautiful area, very near of Parque da Aclimação and very near of my School, in the building have playground, a big pool, and a lot of children at the same age as I was. As a consequence, when we moved to this apartment I start to live in a different way, the fist change was a possibility for me to walk alone to school, making me feel more independent, the second was that I started to make new friends, and spent all the afternoon, after do my homework, together with them playing at the playground and in the pool, and the third one was passed from the childhood to adolescence realized through physical changes on my body, sentimental changes on my mind. Was also at that moment when I was in love for the first time.
At that time, I was 12 years old and he was 16, and his name is Alexandre. His brother Junior and his sister Lú used to be my best friends and we spent all the time together, but not him, he was very introspective and at times a little unfriendly, but in fact he was very shy, and I think that was what called my attention, because in reality this bad mood was a kind of protection and he was a sweet person.
I used to be a teenager completely in love, doing anything to see him at least a little everyday, thinking about the possibility of kissing him someday. One day it really happens, I remember the day I kissed him for the first time until now. He used to play football in the afternoon, then about 4 pm his mother went pick him up, as usual, his brothers and I stayed at playground waiting for them, he always arrived and went directly to his apartment, but not that afternoon, he stayed with us, we started to talk and unexpectedly he asked me If I would like to dating him, it was everything that I wanted to. We went to stairways of the first floor and the expected kiss happened, I was very happy, excited with the situation, and afraid at the same time, a mix of new sensations for me.
After that we don’t start dating, and until today I really don’t know way, but we become very friends. For a long period, our lives have gone different ways, and 3 years ago he has become my husband.

Feng Shui really helps us to improve the “chi” in our house where we live or the place that we work. Feng shui, meaning “wind” and water” in Chinese, is an ancient form of geomancy, or the act of arranging the physical and psychological comfort at our place. Practitioners believe that the arrangement of the elements in our environment can affect many aspects of our lives such as health, happiness, and fortune. The theory behind feng shui is that there is an invisible life force or energy called “chi”, which flows through all things, like rooms, buildings, people, hills and rivers. If chi flows smoothly and freely, then the things, like money, work, health go well for people. If chi” is blocked, then the people in that space may feel discomfort or unhappiness. Sharp corners, narrow openings, poor lighting, and clutter are some of many aspects that can create blocked or unfavorable “chi”. Relying on tools and knowledge that are centuries old, trained feng shui experts give advice on the design and placement of objects in certain ways that promote the flow of “chi”. They consider the shape, size, and location of objects as well as materials, colors, and numbers. Sometimes, things like Feng Shui, Cromoterapy, Astrology could help us to improve our self-esteem working as a support to take some decisions. For instance, to decorate our bedroom we can aplly the “bagua”, which is an instrument of Feng Shui that has eight areas represented by a color- Career (black) – Friends (Grey) – Creativity (White) – Relationships (Pink) – Fame (Purple) – Wealth (Purple) – Family (Green) – Spirituality (Blue),and find out where is the relationship area to put a bed. Donald Trump, a well-known executive from New York, really believes in Feng Shui, he doesn’t make a movement before consulting an expert of feng shui; His attitude Has helped him to build his fortune. As a result, the philosophy of feng shui could help us to improve our “chi”.

Our life is completely influenced by our birth order. This is the principal factor that determines how we will manage our parents, our children and our family. In a small family, being a only child is a challenge, because in the moment that you is a child you get all the attentions of your parents, and have all your desires assisted promptly, what could became you in a spoiled and sometimes selfish kid, instead of that, when you became an adult you will be the only person who is able to take care of your parents, and take all decisions alone, what not happen when you have siblings. Maria, a friend of mine who is an only child is recovering now from her father death and doesn’t have anyone, besides her mother, to share her feelings and think about how deal with your mother now, who was very dependent of her father.
As a consequence of that, being born an only child could determine how your life will be.

I used to be a completely teenager in love, doing anything to see him at least a little everyday, thinking in the possibility of kissing him some day…and it was what really happened …I remember that day until now, it was at the stairways of the first floor, and was only one kiss, both are totally shamed, and after that we didn’t talk with each other for months, but when the shamed was passed off everything comes normally again, and we became very closely friends.
Despite of that, for a long period, our lives have gone to different ways, he had a lot of girlfriends, had been married, and had a child, I had been dating for 8 years with a guy that is a big friend of him, and in the world’s cup of 2006 when both were single, our lives got involved again until nowadays.

Fernanda #3 – Nature X Nurture

A child could be born bad or good, this is your essence that cannot be changed by the enviroment.
A person who born bad not could be 100% good and vice versa.
The parents could try change this essence trough a healthy enviroment at home without fights and with the necessary attention, putting the child in the best school, making them to know good people, but even with that the essence still alive.
For example, Suzana Richtofen was very well educated by your parents and do not hesitate to kill them when she wants.
Everyone born with a particular essence and independent of how will be your life you will die with the same essence.

Fernanda #1 – Introduction

My name is Maria Fernanda Venancio and I was born in São Paulo, where I have been living. I’m like of that, but in the future I’m really in doubt if I want to continue living here, my idea is to moving to the country side and start to have a more quiet life. I studied at the same school until the university, what could sounds a little wired, but in fact was a good thing because I was abble to have the same education structure since 2 year old and have the same friends since this age. After that I went to university where I studied Administration, with a financial enfasing, I really like to deal with numbers and nowadays I have been working with financial. At the my free time I’m really enjoy to stay with my dogs, 2 beagles, Juddy and Puppy, they are amazing, with a lot of energy and love.
