In class, we discussed how the place in which you were born in your family has affected the person you have turned into today. Although you are free to expand on this idea in your third writing activity, I have another suggestion for each one of you.
Based on the content of your introduction entries (Writing Prompt # 1) as well as your expectations of this course (Writing Prompt # 2), I have spotted areas specific to your own lives that would fit into this assignment. Here are my suggestions — and bare in mind that they are just suggestions for your paper. If you have thought of something different that you would like to explore, feel free to discuss it with me through our blog or even in class.

How moving to Aruja has shaped your life today. Now that you don’t live close to the city anymore, there are certainly significant changes you have had to go through that has certainly affected your life. Try to pick one of these changes and write about it as your third paper. Also, Grace, try to stay away from obvious, surface level changes such as traffic, commutes, and peace that you find living in Aruja. I am sure there have been some deeper changes you can address in your paper.
